Refund and Returns Policy

At PureRaha, we pride ourselves on being a custom manufacturer and exporter of high-quality sportswear, casual wear, teamwear, and fitness apparel. Every order is carefully crafted based on your specific requirements. Because of the made-to-order and custom nature of our work, we follow a strict Refund and Return Policy that aligns with global manufacturing industry standards.

 

  1. Custom Production – No General Refunds

All of our products are made-to-order. This means they are tailored according to each client’s unique:

  • Quantity needs
  • Sizing
  • Colors
  • Logos or branding
  • Design elements
  • Packaging or labeling requirements

Due to this, we do not offer refunds on orders that have been confirmed and moved into production. This policy exists because materials, labor, and time are allocated specifically for your project.

 

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before production begins.

If you wish to cancel:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email
  • If any work such as sampling or mockup design has been completed, applicable fees may be deducted
  • Once production has started or materials have been sourced, cancellations are not accepted

 

  1. Sampling and Approval

We provide mockups, digital samples, or physical samples (as required) before full production begins. Clients are expected to:

  • Review and approve all samples and designs carefully
  • Verify colors, sizes, logos, and placements
  • Communicate corrections before bulk production starts

Your approval is considered final. PureRaha is not responsible for any discrepancies after approval has been given.

 

  1. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind after production
  • Incorrect specifications provided by the client
  • Custom-labeled, branded, or modified products

Returns may be accepted only in the case of genuine manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Incorrect product delivered (not matching approved sample)
  • Faulty stitching or sizing (if it deviates significantly from agreed specs)
  • Major issues affecting product usability or branding

Clients must report such issues within 7 days of receiving the goods with visual evidence.

 

  1. Damaged Goods in Transit

We carefully inspect and package all orders before dispatch. Once the goods are handed over to a third-party logistics provider or courier, we are not liable for transit damage. However:

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider
  • We will provide required documentation to support your case
  • Optional insurance coverage can be arranged at client’s request (additional charge)

 

  1. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there is an error or issue with your order, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns in a professional and fair manner. Resolutions may include:

  • Partial replacement
  • Discounts on future orders
  • Fixes on reorders

We reserve the right to assess claims on a case-by-case basis.
